Refund Policy

In Brief

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on any unused credits. If you’ve used some but not all of your credits, we offer a proportional refund. To request a refund, email xianhong2026@outlook.com with your PayPal Transaction ID.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if all of the following are true:

  • The purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days (counted from the PayPal transaction date).
  • The request is submitted via the email address used at PayPal checkout.
  • The PayPal Transaction ID is provided.
2. Refund Amount

The refund amount depends on how many credits you’ve used:

  • 0 credits used — Full refund of the purchase price.
  • Some credits used — Proportional refund based on the unused portion. For example, if you bought a 3,000-credit Premium plan ($24.90) and used 600 credits, your refund would be: (2,400 / 3,000) × $24.90 = $19.92.
  • All credits used — No refund available (you received the service you paid for).
3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to xianhong2026@outlook.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your PayPal Transaction ID (found in the receipt email from PayPal)
  • The email address you used at PayPal checkout
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund (optional — you do not have to provide a reason within the 7-day window)
4. Processing Time

We process refund requests within 1–3 business days of receiving your email. Once we issue the refund through PayPal, your bank or card issuer typically takes an additional 3–5 business days to return the funds to your account.

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund and you still haven’t received it, please check:

  • Your PayPal account balance / transaction history
  • The original payment method (bank account or credit card)
  • Your spam folder for any PayPal notifications

If you still cannot locate the refund, email us with your PayPal Transaction ID and we will investigate.

5. Outside the 7-Day Window

After 7 days, we no longer issue automatic refunds. However, we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis — for example, technical failures on our side that prevented you from using the service. Email us to discuss.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Purchases where all credits have been used
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase (subject to Section 5 above)
  • Chargeback abuse (filing a chargeback while also requesting a refund directly)
7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is clear evidence of policy abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles intended to extract free service). This policy exists to protect honest customers and is rarely invoked.

8. Disputes

We hope you never need to use it, but PayPal Buyer Protection is also available as an option for resolving disputes. We strongly encourage contacting us first — most issues are resolved within a single email exchange, and we want you to be happy with our service.
